Good work Mauricio. Can you try a quick version with the soldier in the middle much larger? Let's imagine he is slightly past the soldier at left. So he is a bit larger and much closer to the viewer. Also revisit his chest/armor, it seems out of place. Darken his face also. Too much light is affecting is face when you compare with the tone around.
